Possible Future Career As A S.W.A.T Officer
If your looking to inquire a position on my online team, you must take a few things into consideration. I only recruit mature, serious applicants. I dont recruit based on how many times you kill me in a game, I run several tests which require roughly 30 mins to an hour of your time.
In this time period you will have 2 interviews in which Myself, and Sgt Shoup will cover a few things to see if your personality and outlook matches what we are looking for.
Many people say ( its just a game ) your right it is, how ever did you know the us marine corps use rogue spear, and raven shield and battlefield 2 to train their recruits in a virtual environment?its true !
I use this game in the same aspect, I love my job as a state police swat officer. And with this game am able to test my ability against other critical thinking people all over the world, to see how my decissions effect my out come.
Over the years, I figured seeing how I lead a swat team for the real MSP division, I decided to create one online as well based around real tactics, and real team work.
After being on my team, you will be taught various tactics, marksman ship techniques to help you shoot faster, sharper, and with more control. Your thinking will be more critical, and your choices will be more beneficial.
All in all it is just a game, but everything that you will learn in this game, you can use in your real lives wether it be for personal use, paintball or airsoft use, or even if you decide to follow me and pursue swat as a career.
Everything I teach to this team, is actual training I sustained in the NTOA or ( National Tactical Officers Association) once you learn it here, your trained for the real thing once you reach that level in your Lives.

Don't be fooled by all of the teams online calling them selves SWAT, or HRT, or any others. Mast majority of them are just kids who get there tactics from tv shows, and or what they see on the internet without any prior experiance to fully understand what it is they are trying to do.
