SWAT Ranks And Promotions
In the online version of this SWAT Team the ranking scale stops at Captain.
Strcitly because there are no need for budgeting,polotics or any other form of higher authority managment.
CAPTAIN
The Captain is in charge of the Team. He is in charge of all aspects of the unit, as well as the official and final recruiting, scouting, testing of new recruits, training etc. To Be A Captain You must thuroughly understand all positions, be able to keep track of 5+ men all while keeping yourself on track, Must be able to train other members, recruit, and be an efficient role in new training procedures, and tactics.
LIEUTENANT
The lieutenants job is that like the captain, how ever they do not have to worry about team fundalization. They are strictly in charge of keeping the elements up to date, who needs training updates, also to look for flaws in another team mates skill. The Lieutenant has to be fluent in all positions, assaulting, sniping, and demolitions. To Be A Lieutenant an officer must be able to fluently handle all 3 positions accurately, have a thurough understanding of all of the teams jobs, and what their roles are. He must also have a full understanding of the teams communiaction, how to use Mbounds, memorize the directions, and know how to communicate with the team when multitasking. The lieutenant is a very important rank on this team, if ever promoted to lieutenant you must be willing to accept the role to help recruit, and train those recruits with all of the proper training. When promoted to Liutenant, then it is then noted you are an Advanced Trained member, and have enough mastered training that is capable Leading Your Own Element.
SERGEANT
Sergeants primary job is to aid those officers have difficulties in the problem areas of their skills. Sergeants must be fluent in Assaulting, Demo, And Sniping. Sergeants must also have full knowledge of the teams positions, and the teams Assigned Jobs. When promoted ot sergeant, it is noted you are fully trainined in entry, and in self mirroring of other team mates. Knowing where to move, when to move, what to look for, how to work off other team mates, and what to do to out smart other opponents.
OFFICER
An Officer is an entry level Position. When recruited to SWAT you are assigned as an officer. You Will remain an officer until you thuroughly understand all of the teams positions, commands, training videos, entry, sniping, demo tactics. As well as full use of mbounds, multitasking, and all accuracy drills. When promoted from officer to sergeant, this is everyones way of knowing you are thuroughly trained and ready as a fully trainined member.
